Beauty care tip

Winter is usually the time were people get caught more often immersing into a nice warm bath. Well, at least in my case because I normally just take a shower. Unfortunately the skin is already stressed quite a lot around this time of the year due to the cold and the heating indoors. Skimming through my fitness magazine this morning I found another way to use my own made rose oil. For further information on this see my following links for Rose oil and more Rose oil. Back to the magazine and the tip given here:

Nourishes stressed skin while taking a bath: a self made rose oil or orange bath (yes, as in the fruit). Use a tub off cream and use 4 table spoons of the rose oil or orange (which ever you prefer) and pour into the bath and immerse for about 20 minutes.

Keep in mind that the temperature of the bath water should not be to hot. It is neither good for your skin nor your blood circulation, but who am I to preach. My bath water is always to hot especially after a very cold day.
