Magically drawn to …

The market is completely swamped with tools, gadgets, products … for the craft to the point that newbies heads are probably send spinning. Where to start? What to buy? What do I HAVE to have to make me a witch? Poppycock! Who cares? Honestly? I never had that problem because I never considered any of the items as important. Well, I guess it depends on the path you walk. If you work with in a group that uses all the tools you will want/ have to be part of it and that is fine. If you walk the path by yourself you can pick and chose and don’t be told other wise. YOUR PATH, YOU DECIDE. What are my tools? Practical stuff from jars, to scissors, cotton ….  All things very mundane to be used in a magical way .  

When I saw the following item I just could not resist because I felt magically drawn to it. In the moment I don’t even know how to use the crow totem or to just leave it as decoration, but I just could not get it out of my mind. Did you ever feel such a strong connection to on item (in this case just seeing it online) that you just HAD to have it? That item had to be mine and I think if you really feel such a pull then it is meant to be. Look at all the stuff you have got. Can you HONESTLY tell me that you have a connection to all of them or did you buy majority because it is written on a list of tools to have? I am not trying to judge. If you want all the tools and are happy with them then this is FINE. I just want you to be more aware and mindful of what you have got and why.

My items were delivered in this gorgeous box also an own design and an artwork in itself. The words on the box represent what the crow totem stands for.  

This is the crow totem that has left such an impression on me. A pull, magical draw, a connection that I can’t explain, but then again, why should I need to explain it? I find it dark, mystical, giving me shivers, a little scary but keeping me curious, captivating …   

With the crow totem I also received my moon goddess print which is an original by Carolina Gonzales. Beautiful! I am now wondering how to frame it. Both of these item now need a special setup that I am still pondering about. How? Where? When the time is right it will come to me. In the meantime they are safe on my shelf away from little hands . As a matter of fact, I  feel a bit like a right weirdo about that crow totem. Mmmmyyyy precious .
